Private yoga sessions
In a private yoga session, we will work together to develop a practice completely tailored to suit your needs and help you achieve your practice and health goals. Massage techniques and essential oils will be used as appropriate/ if desired. Privates can be done in the comfort of your own home or we can use space at a local yoga studio and all yoga props will be provided for you. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes! Private sessions are typically purchased in a series of 4.
Small group privates
Invite a friend or two to do a series of private lessons with you!

Corporate yoga
I will lead a class for you and your coworkers either at a yoga studio or right at your place of work! All we need is a little space (i.e. a conference room where we can move tables and chairs out of the way). Inquire for pricing.
Birthday parties
Be unique. Have a private class held just for you and your friends. You can even pick the music!
Bachelorette parties
Having a yoga class will be more fulfilling than having male strippers.
